    SENIOR PARTNER, GLOBAL SUSTAINABLE TRANSFORMATION PRACTICE - KANTAR

    Committed to driving marketing’s sustainable transformation, Özlem combines her expertise in marketing strategy, change management, and sustainability to lead impactful initiatives. As part of this commitment, she leads the Sustainable Marketing 2030 initiative—a collaboration between Kantar and the WFA—that equips marketers with the insights and tools necessary to drive industry-wide change toward sustainability.

    With similar ambitions, Özlem also leads the United Nations Global Compact collaboration, a partnership between the UN Global Compact, Kantar, and other respected organizations to build the marketing industry’s capacity for sustainable transformation.

    Previously, Özlem was a board member of the Kantar Consulting team, where she supported a wide range of initiatives and contributed to the team’s success across continental Europe. She firmly believes that the circular economy provides the most tangible and impactful path toward achieving a sustainable way of living. Her passion for sustainability extends beyond her current role, as she serves on the advisory boards of Imperial College’s Sustainability Master’s Program and the Water Adventure Center in the UK.

    Jon Miller left an award-winning career in advertising to help businesses play a more positive role in the world. He is the co-founder of the Sustainable Business practice at Brunswick Group, working with many of the world’s leading companies on their critical societal issues – from climate change and biodiversity to human rights and DEI.

    He set up Open For Business, a coalition of 40 global companies campaigning for LGBTQ+ rights, and he was listed in the Financial Times as one of the world’s Top 100 LGBTQ+ Executives.

    He co-author of The Activist Leader: a New Mindset for Doing Business.

  • Gerald breatnach

    HEAD OF STRATEGIC PLANNING & INSIGHTS AT GOOGLE

    Gerald Breatnach is the Head of Strategic Planning & Insight at Google in the UK. The team designs Google’s proposition for advertising customers in the UK and develops research and analysis to help marketers plan. He has been leading on customer sustainability since 2021, helping develop Google’s capacity to report on the carbon impact of advertising campaigns and respond to sustainability briefs from marketers. 

    In 2024 Gerald completed a Masters in Sustainability Leadership at Cambridge University. His research looked at how CMOs can be enabled to drive sustainability and involved interviewing more than twenty UK CMOs in depth. He sits on the panel of judges of the Advertising Association’s Ad Net Zero awards, with Google as the lead sponsor since the awards were created to help drive awareness and best practices for sustainability marketing.

    HH Global is the world's leading responsible marketing activation business.

    Kevin developed and is responsible for HH Global’s market leading Innovation with Purpose sustainability program. He has developed an ecosystem of partners including some of the most innovative startups alongside universities and selected NGOs. 

    Kevin conceived and launched the industry-leading supply chain program the Sustainable Procurement Framework (SPF) in 2022, and the Conscious Creative circular design program which went live in early 2023. 

    Kevin is an Executive Fellow of Kings College London, an Advisory member of the UN Global Compact UK, a Speaker for Schools, a Mentor to Black Business and has held advisory positions on the Google Cloud Council and the Forbes AI Executive Advisory Board.
